Dear Rufus, I do not have an answer to your guestion. I notice myself doing things and not doing things. It seems the way of it. I do things and then I don't. I get excitied to do things and sometimes I get excited when they don't happen. I've also noticed the things I am doing are the ones I want to do. It must be true because I am doing them. You might notice yourself doing in the moment knowing that is what you are supposed to be doing. You might notice yourself doing something in the moment and deciding to stop doing it.

I also notice when I call myself lazy or question my lack of motivation, I am moving into a story about me. The question I ask myself is 'What would it mean about me if I were lazy or had no motivation'? What would it mean about you if you were lazy or had no motivation? What is underneath that? Love Jan
