Hello,

This is my first visit to this site and i just want to say it looks fantasic, and what a fabuous idea, to get so many qualified coaches together in one spot!

Now for my question: I find I can get ideas for things I might like to do - projects at home or work, even just fun things - and initially i'm enthusiastic. But more often than not, my interest wanes before i get very far. Is there a way to maintain motivation and follow though on this ideas?
