Hi Marianne,

Glad to have you explore Coach-Connect!

That is a good question to explore, and glad to see you are willing to search within yourself.

I am in agreement with the idea's and recommendations of our other coaches, Sandra, Cheri & Teri. Explore within yourself & evaluate if this is about commitment vs. motivation.
Decide if you are taking more idea's on at one time and that is "over tasking" the desire for being motivated, so it becomes a should or rush thought vs. enjoyment.
Explore the idea if you are originally motivated by a "have to" or should theory (negative thought patterns) vs. a supportive thought pattern that creates motivating & uplifting energy (a.k.a. "I enjoy how I feel after working out or how I look in my new outfit"). What are your thought patterns that drive you?
From here, you can decide how to be motivated & if you truly desire the items in which you are choosing to be "motived" about.
In addition, I would recommend getting in tune with where your core value are in relationship to how you motivate yourself. In otherwords, what are you relating to mentally & emotionally that triggers your thoughts for desire and how you should be motivated.
I would be happy to take you through a step by step process, if you are willing and ready to take go there.
You must have the desire, as you have taken the first step by looking for a facilitator and then asking us the question. So good for you! You are worth it!
