Not sure if this is the right board for this question, but i've been out of the dating world for a while; I have allowed myself to be stuck in something for way too long. Well, now that i'm back I find that my self esteem is no where to be found. how am I going to date people if I'm constantly thinking I'm fat, I'm ugly, etc..I'm reverting back to the old me when I say things like "I'm not dating him he's skinnier than me." When do we stop using the low self-esteem card as an excuse for being scared to leave the old and meet the new????
