Hi, Firstly I want to acknowledge that you are back. It takes courage and a strong sense of self to allow something different to enter and get back into the dating scene. What part of you is in the drivers seat that allows you to entertain getting back into the dating scene? Is this part telling you that you are worthy of connecting with others? Is that part telling you that you are enough and so deserving of a loving realtionship with yourself and others?

Tell me about the other part that feeds you information like I'm fat I'm ugly or I'm not dating him because he is skinner than me? What would that mean about you if you believed that you are fat, ugly?

Both parts are there. We all have parts in us and the question is which parts do we feed? Which one is in charge? Which one will run your life when you are on a date or even thinking about dating? Love Jan
